• 4 Telephone Calls/month (15 Minutes each)

• Nights and Weekend 50% off Additional Surcharge Rates

 

Silver $699/month

• 8 Hours/ Month of onsite Service 2-3 Visits/month
• 4 Telephone Calls/month (15 Minutes each)
• Hourly Labor Rate- $95
• Same Day Service 50% off Additional Surcharge Rates
• Nights And Weekend Service  50% off Additional Surcharge Rates

 

Bronze $349/month

• 4 Hours/ Month of onsite Service 1-2 Visits/month
• 4 Telephone Calls/month (5 Minutes each)
• Hourly Labor Rate- $100

 

Basic  $199/month

• 2 Hours/month of on-site service  One Visit/month
• 2 Telephone Calls/Month (5 Minutes each)
• Hourly Labor Rate - $105

 

*Travel Fees are waived with the above service plans are waived for trips less than 10 Miles from Arlington Center, $10 travel charge to Boston

*$30 Surcharge for 4 hour response

 

Prepaid Blocks of Time

10 Hours: $1050 (Must be used within one year of purchase)

20 Hours: $1000 (Must be used within one year of purchase)

Travel Charges, After Hour Rates & 4 hour Response Rates Apply (Rates Below)

a la Carte Service (No contract or prepaid Time)

Normal Business Hours (9AM-5PM M-F):  $125/hour + Travel Charge

After Hours Rate:  (5PM - 9PM) $150/hour

Late Night Emergency Rate: (9PM - 8AM) $195/hour + Travel Charge

Same Day Service (Typically 4 hour Response):  $150/hour + Travel

 

Travel Charge:

10 mile drive or less from Arlington Center: $10

Boston or between 10-20 miles from Arlington: $25

Further than 20 Miles:   Billed at a rate of $85/hour one way.
